Project Overview

This project involves the construction of a new 29.1-mile double-circuit transmission line in existing BGE right-of-way. The line will start at the existing 230kV Graceton Substation in Harford County and head south, tap off at the existing Bagley Substation, head further south passing in the vicinity of the Raphael Rd and Northeast Substations, and then terminate at the new Batavia Road Substation in Baltimore County.
